Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Next.js, FastAPI, Python, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications with a team of engineers. This candidate is an engineering thought leader, working closely with our Engineering Manager and Technical Lead to design, develop, and deploy our API Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Next.js, FastAPI, Python.
  • Design, implement, and manage AWS-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade the existing architecture.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong portfolio of projects.
  • Familiarity in our tech stack.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GRPC, and web services.
  • Expertise in coding best practices and code reviews.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of serverless computing and infrastructure as code.
  • Prior experience in a mentorship or leadership role.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Temporal.
  • Experience working with Geospatial Data Services.

Account Manager – Print Production

Duties & Responsibilities: 

The Account Manager will work directly with clients and internal team members to understand and process the full life cycle of client jobs, which may include print and direct mail projects, technology installations, and other marketing communication programs. In this position, you’ll play a vital role in providing account support, all while actively contributing to the enhancement of our internal processes in support of our client-facing services. This includes designing new or improving existing processes, creating, or maintaining documentation on those processes, and communicating those processes internally.  

In this role, your primary goals are to serve as the client’s trusted advocate throughout critical decision-making processes, as well as foster and cultivate robust relationships with an unwavering commitment to grasping their specific requirements, comprehending their needs, and aligning with their objectives.

To Be Successful in this Role, You Should have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Direct Marketing, Offset and Large format printing.
  • Experience in  direct mail production, variable data processing, postal requirements, and related industry standards 
  • Experience with Salesforce or another similar CRM System.
  • Intermediate understanding of internet technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. 
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to learn new software/technology.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Account Management and Customer facing roles
  • Innovative thinker and self-starter
  • Adaptability – the flexibility to adapt to changing client needs, industry trends, and company priorities 
  • Experience with output and analysis of reports for internal purposes in Excel. 
  • Excellent communication skills and highly motivated.

Indigo Digital Press Operator

As a Cutter Operator, you will be responsible for Cutting sheets printed both digitally and offset. Reading a job jacket and programming the cutters to cut the job while taking other bindery function into account.

  • Preferred experience with a Polar Cutter
  • Good knowledge of folder operation and cutter machine operation set-up practices
  • Knowledge of all procedures required to safely operate a guillotine cutting machine and associated finishing equipment
  • Must be able to work under deadlines and pressure to meet goals
  • Good math skills and knowledge of simple computer operations
  • Good listening and communication
  • Must be dependable; have the ability to work overtime with little or no notice
  • Team-oriented and flexible; goal-oriented; capable of multi-tasking
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously through the day
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 50lbs occasionally
