Jeff Sammak, President and Founder
At the Strata helm, Jeff has been a leader in the advanced integration of marketing, data and emerging technologies for more than 20 years. A natural entrepreneurial and critical thinker, his expertise in business strategy, process management and technology has helped propel Strata to the forefront of the marketing field. Jeff has the innate ability to take our clients’ complex business challenges and translate them into technology-driven solutions. He is adept at anticipating clients’ evolving needs and pioneering innovative tools and resources for them. His quick-wit and clever nature make him a pretty fun guy to be around too. Jeff attended Monmouth College, where he studied Business. Jeff enjoys scuba diving, skiing and spending time with his family.
Mark Frisina, Vice President
A results-driven marketing guru, direct response expert and Vice President of Strata Company, Mark is an agile, client-focused problem solver, committed to constantly assessing performance to ensure client results meet or exceed expectations. His specialty is crafting personalized programs in line with client challenges, goals and strategy. Mark’s strategic insight, ability to build trusted relationships, and focus on delivering the best ROI for clients are valued assets among those he collaborates with. Prior to his role with Strata, Mark served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Omnichoice Solutions and Regional Manager for Verizon Information Services. Mark is a proud Penn State alum, Villanova MBA graduate and devoted family man. He spends his spare time at the golf course, following PSU and Virginia Tech football with his daughter, and cheering on the University of Delaware lacrosse team with his son.
Mike Walsh, Assistant Vice President for IT
At the heart of every Strata technology offering, is our highly skilled, tech-savvy pro, Mike Walsh. When it comes to technology, Mike has a knack for breaking down complex challenges and turning them into viable, user-friendly solutions. Whether he’s enhancing functionality for MarCom On Demand or collaborating with a client on a custom-built correspondence management system, Mike delivers with Strata’s cloud-based solutions. His calm demeanor and pragmatic approach make for smooth sailing on complex projects. His prior experience includes working as Development Manager for BISYS and as a consultant for GlaxoSmithKline. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Mike spends much of his free time cheering on his hometown team, the Philadelphia Flyers.
Courtney Bowman, Creative Services Director
Courtney Bowman is the talent and energy behind Strata’s engaging and inspiring designs. She’s a fervent multi-tasker adept at crafting creative solutions in line with our clients’ marketing goals, strategies and tactics. From email to mailers and infographics to websites, her inventive designs not only catch the eye, they generate response. She has a strong command of new media and is adept at precise, high quality execution of traditional mediums as well. Outside the office, Courtney works as an art agent promoting her father’s work.
Billy Hall, Director of Strategic Development
As Director of Strategic Development, Billy brings a client-centric view and eye for innovation to Strata Company. He drives advancement by designing effective solutions to marketing opportunities and streamlining processes for maximum efficiency. While a management consultant at PwC, he refined his focus on change through development of strategy and execution for SG&A functions, including operating model design, process optimization, business case development, and implementation for global clients. He also explored Robotic Process Automation (RPA) as a lever for change in back office operations, helping to build the proof of value for his practice. He has experience as a tax accountant with PwC where he earned his CPA (TX). A graduate of Texas A&M, Billy enjoys all things outdoors (hiking, skiing, hunting, wake surfing, etc.), reading, and spending time with his family.
Katrina Denk, Marketing Director
As our marketing leader, Katrina is in constant pursuit of providing useful, actionable content and information that can help clients drive their marketing forward. With more than 10 years of experience leading strategic and tactical marketing efforts for some of the most innovative and respected businesses, Marketing Director Katrina Denk brings a wide breadth of knowledge to every initiative she oversees. From product launches to content marketing strategy, she understands all the ins and outs of the marketing function. Katrina has held marketing roles at both large and small companies, including global corporation Thomson Reuters and niche manufacturer Sonobond Ultrasonics. A graduate of Hampshire College, Katrina is an enthusiastic world traveler and coffee lover who runs miles to support her chocolate obsession.
Bill Siebert, General Manager of Production
Bill is our specialist in all things production. He oversees all of Strata’s printing needs, from one-off requests to complex projects requiring an expertly coordinated response. With a laser focus on delivering high-quality, timely service and products, Bill’s priorities are efficiency and customer satisfaction. He thrives on projects that “break the mold” of traditional print jobs and he is dedicated to providing the best technology and staff to support client projects. Bill is known as a valued mentor to his production crew.
