Attracting 'New' Loyalty Customers For a community hospital in the Northwest, the goal was to encourage "overdue" patients to make an appointment with their doctor to undergo preventative health screenings.
Lapsed patients, who had not been to the doctor in 2+ years, received a personalized letter with health screening card as a prompt to see their doctor regularly. The results generated 115 appointments to date and an estimated $210,000 in revenue. This ongoing program is expected to generate even greater revenue for the hospital downstream.
